Welcome to PrEP Drug Interactions!

This new website allows you to check if your PrEP medicines might interfere with the way other medicines work (or if other medicines may affect how your PrEP medicine works) - you can access the PrEP Checker here. 

We use a traffic light system to help you easily see if your PrEP can be taken with medicines, supplements, herbal preparations, etc : 
Green = OK to take together
Amber = Talk to your PrEP prescriber
Red = Do not take together

We have soft-launched with a beta version of the website which is currently best viewed on a PC/laptop or on large mobile device in landscape orientation. We have a number of additional features we want to add and improvements to make, including:
- Improving the styling for use on mobile devices
- Creating more PrEP information and guidance
- Adding an interactive chat bot
- Updating the design and content based on user feedback
